Return and Refund Policy

30-Day Return Period We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your items to request a return.

Condition of Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received and must be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for return shipping expenses, as stated in our Shipping Policy.

Damaged Packages and Claims Upon receipt of your package, if the items are damaged, but the damage was not caused by us, the buyer must file a claim directly with the carrier. We are not responsible for packages damaged during transit that were not caused by our error. If the damage was caused by us, we will be responsible.

Refund Timeframe Refunds may take up to 60 days to process, depending on the circumstances.
